MOVING FROM POTENTIAL TO PURPOSE

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11

In this inspiring and transformational keynote, SHINE Like a BOSS founder challenges you to bridge the gap between unrealized potential and living fully in your God-given purpose. Potential is what could be; purpose is what will be when you align your life with God’s plans, push past limitations, and embrace His calling on your life.

Too often, we stay stuck—trapped by fear, self-doubt, addiction, low self-worth, or the comfort of the familiar. But God created you for more. Ephesians 2:10 reminds us, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Your purpose was set before you even took your first breath—now it’s time to walk in it.

This message will challenge and equip you to:

  • BELIEVE in God’s plan for your life and in His ability to work through you, even when you feel unqualified. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13).

  • BUILD the courage, faith, and determination to overcome obstacles, silence fear, and take practical steps toward your purpose.

  • BECOME all you were created to be, shining brightly as a reflection of God’s glory. “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16).

It’s time to envision something greater—something grander—than what you’ve ever believed possible. Step into the purpose for which you were created. Let go of what’s holding you back, trust God to guide you forward, and become everything He has called you to be.

Believe. Build. Become. Your time is now. ALL YOU WERE PURPOSED to BE

YOUR STORY ISN’T OVER

Living With Trauma is a deeply moving keynote that explores the impact of trauma on our hearts, minds, and relationships. Life’s wounds, though often invisible, can weigh us down and leave us feeling broken and stuck. Yet, through God’s grace, healing and restoration are possible.

Drawing from personal stories, practical insights, and powerful scripture, Debi acknowledges the pain of trauma while pointing to the hope of renewal. As Psalm 34:18 reminds us, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

She will inspire you to confront your  pain, embrace the healing process, and walk a path of resilience. You are not defined by what happened to you—God can use even the broken pieces of your story for His glory. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” (Psalm 147:3).

Your story isn’t over is an invitation to rise above the trauma, trust God’s restoring power, and step boldly into the future He has prepared for you.

LEARNING TO DO GOOD WELL: USING A CREATIVE CORPORATE STRUCTURE FOR KINGDOM IMPACT

“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” — Matthew 5:16

In this transformative keynote, you will learn how to create a sustainable, impactful business or ministry model that aligns with God’s Kingdom principles. The presentation explores how using a creative corporate structure can provide the freedom to speak truth, serve others, and have a lasting impact on the world without being constrained by traditional structures. Too often, businesses and ministries are forced to operate within systems that limit their potential or are “owned by Caesar,” subject to the pressures of a secular world that doesn't align with Kingdom values. But there is another way.

Cynthia.jpg

Cynthia challenges leaders and visionaries to step away from the constraints of worldly systems and embrace a model of doing business and ministry that checks all the boxes for sustainability, impact, and purpose. As the Apostle Paul instructs in Romans 12:2, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” This presentation empowers you to think outside the box and adopt a Kingdom-minded business model that supports your mission without compromise.

God has called us to be in the world, but not of it. By embracing a creative corporate structure that aligns with His purposes, you will be free to do good well, serve others with integrity, and impact the world for His Kingdom. Don’t let earthly systems limit your potential—learn how to build something that glorifies God while fulfilling your mission.

“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.” — Colossians 3:17

This is your invitation to break free from conventional models and step into the freedom of doing business and ministry in a way that aligns with God’s will and advances His Kingdom.
